Terms of Use

This document describes the rules for using the website, account area, TwoHop apps, access keys, plans, promo codes, and partner program.

Published: June 11, 2026

1. General provisions

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the TwoHop service administration and the user of twohop.cloud, the mirror ru.twohop.cloud, the account area, TwoHop apps for Windows and Android, and related services.

The user accepts these Terms when using the website, registering, receiving a trial or paid access key, installing a TwoHop app, signing in to the account area, applying a promo code, or participating in the partner program.

If the user does not agree with these Terms, they should stop using the website, apps, and TwoHop access keys.

2. What TwoHop provides

TwoHop provides a website, account area, software for Windows and Android, and access keys with a limited validity period. The key allows the app to connect to the TwoHop server infrastructure within the selected plan and technical limitations.

Available plans, validity periods, prices, trial period, and supported platforms are listed on the website. Website information may be updated.

3. Registration and account area

Receiving a trial key and using the account area may require registration by email, Google, or Telegram. The user must provide accurate contact details they can access.

The user is responsible for protecting access to their email, Telegram, Google account, and devices on which TwoHop keys are used.

4. Access keys and limitations

  • The access key is issued for a specific period and selected platform: Windows or Android.
  • A trial key is intended to try the service. One user may receive trial keys only within the rules set by the service.
  • One key is intended for one simultaneous connection unless otherwise stated on the website or in the plan.
  • The user must not transfer the key to third parties, publish it, or use it in a way that disrupts the service.
  • The key QR code is the same access key in visual form. The user must keep the QR code as confidential as the twohop://... string.
  • When the key expires, a payment is refunded, these Terms are violated, or technical necessity arises, the key may be disabled or reissued.

5. Payment, key issuance, and refunds

Paid keys are purchased through the website. After payment confirmation by the payment system, the key is shown on the website, saved in the account area, and sent to the user by email or Telegram if the relevant contact is available.

Payment is considered complete after the service receives confirmation from the payment provider. Until confirmation is received, the order may remain in pending payment status.

Refund terms depend on the actual situation, payment status, key usage period, and payment provider rules. If a payment is refunded, the related key may be revoked and related bonuses, promo code rewards, or partner rewards may be canceled.

6. Promo codes, referral and partner program

TwoHop may provide user promo codes for inviting friends and separate partner promo codes for channel authors, bloggers, and communities.

  • A promo code may give the invited user a discount on the first paid key.
  • Bonuses or partner rewards appear only after the invited user’s payment is confirmed.
  • Self-referrals, artificial registrations, mass identical orders, and other abuse may be rejected.
  • Rewards may be canceled if a payment is refunded or a violation is detected.
  • Partner program terms may differ for different cooperation formats and are listed on the partner page or agreed separately.

7. Service use rules

The user agrees to use the website, apps, and TwoHop keys lawfully and in good faith. It is prohibited to:

  • use the service for illegal actions, harming third parties, sending spam, or attacking websites or networks;
  • guess, hack, sell, publish, or mass-distribute access keys;
  • interfere with servers, the website, payments, the account area, or other users;
  • bypass technical limitations of trial keys, simultaneous connections, promo codes, or payment checks;
  • use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

8. Availability and technical limitations

TwoHop strives to maintain stable operation of the website, apps, and server infrastructure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access in all networks, on all devices, or with every internet provider, operating system, antivirus, firewall, or third-party software configuration.

Speed, latency, and availability of individual websites or apps may depend on server load, user connection quality, carrier routes, maintenance, restrictions of third-party services, and other factors outside TwoHop’s full control.

9. Software

The user installs TwoHop apps on their device independently. Some modes may require operating system permission, network adapter installation, VPN permission on Android, or elevated launch on Windows.

The user should download installers and APK files only from official TwoHop pages or other channels explicitly indicated by the service administration.

The TwoHop Android app uses the system VPN permission to create a VPN tunnel using the user’s access key. If the user does not grant this permission, the VPN connection does not start.

10. Responsibility

The user is responsible for the legality of their actions, protecting access keys, accuracy of contact data, and compliance with these Terms.

TwoHop is not responsible for user actions, third-party websites, payment providers, email services, Telegram, Google, internet providers, hosting providers, or other third parties.

11. Changes to terms

TwoHop may update the Terms, plans, website and app functionality, account area, promo codes, and partner program. A new version of the Terms is published on this page and takes effect from publication unless otherwise stated.

12. Privacy

The processing of user data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is a separate service document.

13. Contacts
