TwoHop account deletion
On this page you can request deletion of your account and related personal data. We process these requests manually to protect users, payment records, and the free trial key system from abuse.
What will be deleted
- profile data that is no longer needed for service operation;
- active account sign-in sessions;
- contact data if it is no longer needed to answer the request or for required records.
What may be stored temporarily
We may keep minimal information about payments, issued keys, refunds, trial use, and technical abuse indicators if needed for security, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal requirements.
Send request
Enter the email or Telegram account used for sign-in. If the account was created through Google, it is better to enter the same email.
